Job Application Support

Can AI make you a resume? Yes. Duh. But that’s not why you’re here.

I’ve done it myself, out of interest: copy/pasted my experience and asked for a resume. It spat one out at me, happy days. But as I read on, it overly embellished what I’d done to the point of falsehoods, looked awful when I copied it into a Word document, and the wording screamed AI WROTE THIS.

When you’re trying to go for a promotion or new industry, if your career history is a bit splotchy, or when companies request personal statements, summaries, responses to selection criteria… you might need a bit more help.

In the event that you still want to look human, get past the robots, and say what hiring managers actually want to hear - well, you’d want to ask someone who spent years working in HR, wouldn’t you?

In the words of the great Sharon Strezlecki - “Here if you need.”
